I've written about food and edited cookbooks for 17 years. In addition to writing feature articles for newspapers, newsletters and Web sites, I contributed to the "Eating for Life" section of Atkins for Life by Dr. Robert Atkins (St. Martin's Press, 2003) as well as many other books.
