I've made my reputation as a writer and editor who specializes in food, nutrition, and cooking, but I sometimes venture beyond the culinary world. I wrote a marketing brochure for a client who specializes in crisis management. She had an outdated brochure that didn't include terrific testimonials or her latest accomplishments. We worked together and created something that positions her as the expert to call upon. A cookware manufacturer needed a product insert for a line of seafood steamers. The challenge was to create something general enough to work with twelve pots, yet specific enough to help a seafood-cooking novice prepare a delectable meal.
